If total convenience is what you seek, then try our premier backdoor service. We offer two convenient options for trash pick-up.

Backdoor Service
No need to pull your trash to the end of the driveway, just place your bagged trash outside and we will take care of the rest
We will also remove up to 2 bags of leaves/yard waste per pickup each week (additional bags can be removed for a fee)

Curbside Service (Our most cost efficient option)
Customer is responsible for bringing their trash to the end of their driveway for pickup

Additional Information
We do not provide trash cans for backdoor or curbside service
We ask that our customers minimize loose trash by placing it in bags (preferably tied)

Hello Everyone,

Today is Friday , February 6. We are currently working on completing our Thursday route in Henrico. We are working in Brandermill, as well as our rural route from Wednesday.

We will make an additional effort to complete any area We don’t complete today on Saturday.

Ashland, Glen Allen, and Mechanicsville will be serviced tomorrow, Saturday.

Good morning everyone. Here’s an update for Thursday, February 5. We are starting Wednesdays route in Henrico and Chesterfield, with crews working in the Woodlake area. Rural areas remain a bit challenging, but we will reach you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Here is an update for the week of February 2.
We were able to complete our Monday routes. We are currently working on our Tuesday route and expect to finish it today, with the possibility of beginning our Wednesday route as well.
Please continue to be patient with us as we work through these weather conditions.
