I want to take the time to honor the memories of family and friends who help me make Boyds Disposal to what it is today, Like the founder, Lee Boyd. Along with my father I ran across some incredible individuals. Ike Nolan, Earl Brown, and Clyde Taylor (C.S Taylor) men who didn’t just work in the sanitation business, but carried pride, discipline, and wisdom through every long day and early morning. The lessons they passed down weren’t only about the job; they were about loyalty, consistency, respect, and taking care of people no matter who was watching.
A special tribute to a big brother, @ Isaac Nolan, a true friend, and someone whose presence clearly left a permanent mark on the people around him. The loss of someone like that is heavy. His knowledge, laughter, work ethic, and the way he showed up for others will continue to live through the stories, habits, and values he left behind.
Men like these help build communities in ways most people never stop to notice. Their work mattered, and so did the example they set.
May their memories stay strong and their names continue to be spoken with respect. Rest easy big bro 💪🏾💪🏾💔
