Top of the Stack - Resume and Interview Consulting Services. As someone who has spent years sifting through hundreds of resumes looking for the best candidate, it's no surprise that I have developed a love of making it easier for job seekers to start a successful employment relationship. For years, I have enjoyed connecting with individuals, discovering what they have to offer to potential employe

rs, and then highlighting those talents in a resume that hiring managers gravitate towards in their selection process. My greatest joy is seeing the sense of pride in a client's eyes when they see their own professional value highlighted on that very important advertisement we call a resume! EXPERIENCE:
I love human resources and spent over a decade handling all aspects of recruitment, interviewing, promoting, and placing the right candidate into a position that was mutually beneficial for both the employee and the organization. I first started critiquing resumes and providing interview consulting services while I was earning my Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Business Administration in 1998. I also earned my Professional in Human Resources Certification which I maintained for 9 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. The positions that I have held within the Human Resources field has varied in level and scope--from entry level to executive. PRICING:
Price lists are available upon request and are delivered to the Facebook OTHER Inbox. All payments are made via PayPal which will require a valid e-mail address. Also please message your contact information and a good time to reach you. Upon receipt of payment, I will contact you for the initial consultation process.

So if you were salaried, but made less then about 47K, but more than 23K, the new change to the FLSA law would have now entitled you to overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 hours a week. This change was supposed to start in two weeks. Now the house just passed a bill to stall this increase due to go into effect in two weeks. When the President refuses to sign the bill, the result is called a veto. Congress can try to overrule a veto. To do this, both the Senate and the House must vote to overrule the President's veto by a two-thirds majority. If that happens, the President's veto is overruled and the bill becomes a law. Talk to your HR if you are in the 23-47K range and you are not a doctor, lawyer, or teacher, but tend to work more than 40hours a week and are currently salaried. Start logging your hours, but then again, it may just be reversed now... . http://thehill.com/blogs/floor-action/house/298425-house-votes-to-delay-obamas-overtime-rule
