With LineLeader, these venues are able to prevent customer wait-time frustrations, monetize their demand, and help support some great causes, all while maintaining the prestige of having a line. We believe that patrons who pay more to enter venues will spend more than the average customer within those venues. LineLeader can help these venues reach and learn about their best customers in a way that’s never been done before. To uphold complete customer satisfaction and not create just another line, only after a LineLeader skip is purchased and redeemed will another become available, but now at a higher price, similar to the “Uber Surge Pricing” model. And unlike our competitors, the LineLeader app lives only on the patron’s smartphone, preventing any disruption to front-of-house operations.
