🚨 We're Hiring: Quality Manager 🚨
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Manager to join our team! If you have a strong background in ISO 9001, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), we want to hear from you!
As our Quality Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in our products. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Quality Management System (QMS), conducting internal and external audits, utilizing GD&T principles for precise product specifications, operating CMM equipment, and much more.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
✅ Lead quality assurance/control processes
✅ Conduct audits to ensure ISO 9001 certification
✅ Utilize GD&T for product specifications and measurements
✅ Program and operate CMM for inspections
✅ Analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas
✅ Collaborate with teams to solve quality issues
✅ Train and mentor quality team members
Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field
🛠️ 5+ years of experience in quality management
✅ Strong ISO 9001, GD&T, and CMM knowledge
🎯 Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus
📊 Analytical and critical thinking skills
