Finally finished this chest bench today! This use to be a bed frame and some pieces of an old barn…. Added a couple hinges, a handle, some screws, cannabis (that makes the creative juices that flow to make my imagination free to think outside the box) and BAM 👏🏻This beautiful piece of furniture is SOLID and a little heavy but it was built to last. This would make an awesome foyer or entry way bench.

The total measurements are:
46” tall x 56” length x 20.5” width

Inside of chest measurements are:
6” tall x 51” length x 15” width

This is wood I purchase from a barn that was being torn down outside of Pinckneyville, IL. It was originally a door so using it as a chest lid was an easy transition! A lot of love and sweat went into this one of a kind piece of furniture. I’m going auction this piece off on my personal page. Details to come tomorrow morning!! The Handy Hippie
