Replaced a tub with a walk-in shower. Bathroom had a wainscot of tile that homeowners wanted left, so straight line cut it, changed out the faucet and fixed a leak that had been there for years. Installed some grab bar backing, extra studs for the shower door, Wedi Sentinel waterproof board, fiberglass/acrylic shower pan, new tile, grab bars, corner shelves, and new shower door. Thank you for trusting me to take care of this for you, Becky and Bry.

Not quite done, but this is where I've been the last 3 months. Fire remediation from arson.
Restructured the garage, new roof (thanks Brothers Roofing), new vinyl siding, soffit and fascia, insulated, new wiring, sheetrocked, painted, new door and opener.
New windows in livingroom, new front door and French door with blinds.
Out building removed and burnt fence panels replaced (thanks After Hours Fence).
All the walls and ceilings holes patched and textured to match, sealed and painted. New carpet and pad (thanks OK Carpet) New lvp in bathrooms. New bifold closet doors. Thorough cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. New appliances installed.
Attic insulation removed, all smoke damage sealed and new insulation blown in (thanks Spivey Insulation).
Still have new cabinet doors to install and some grouting and caulking to do around the new doors and windows.

Got the 2nd one done. Demo shower, floor and toilet. New Dreamline shower pan, Delta single handle faucet, Goboard waterproof wall board, shower wall system and niche. New porcelain tile on floor, New American Standard toilet, vanity top and Delta faucet, new base, and added crown to the head knocker. Textured and painted the walls. Another satisfied customer. One down and one to go. Bathroom remodels. Tore out the 1979 fiberglass tub/shower unit, demo'd the 8x8 tile, counter top, sink and faucet and toilet.
Had to add studs because this house is framed with the studs 24" oc (think Cecil Perdue built this one) and shim to make the walls flat for the new tub and shower walls.
New Delta faucet, porcelain steel tub, Goboard shower walls, shower wall system with niche, wood look porcelain tile floor, laminate countertop, sink and Delta faucet and American Standard ADA toilet. Textured and painted the walls and ceiling and added new painted base and crown. Built and installed a new head knocker over the toilet and moved the light down to the wall.
Now to do the other one that's a shower, no tub.

Cabinet repaint. Yes, I forgot the befores. They were an old oil base white that had yellowed a lot. Cleaned/degreased, filled the old hinge holes and indentations, sanded, primed and 2 coats of Waterbased Alkyd Urethane (Emerald Urethane) Extra White. Drilled doors for new soft close compact hinges. Nice and clean. She hasn't decided on new k***s yet. Thank you Bob and Betty for trusting me with your job.

From this to this. Water leak from a water heater caused the old "laminate" flooring to swell and turn into a sponge. Customer already had some of it removed. Finished removing it, put down some 6mil plastic, and the new lvp flooring. "Tortuga", Aarr!
When I pulled the toilet, it didn't have a fl**ge, just bolts into the concrete. So, cut them off and installed a fl**ge and reset the toilet.
Brenda loves it.
