Founded in 2009, we produce kiln dried, natural edge slabs and native Texas lumber including: Texas Pecan, Mesquite, Walnut, Escarpment Cherry, Cedar Elm and many others. We operate two sawmills and two computer controlled kilns that produce flat, properly dried lumber and slabs. We offer woodshop services and custom sawmilling. Old Growth Longleaf Pine is getting harder to come by. We recently sawed up beams that were over 120 years old to turn into material for outdoor tables at a hotel in down town Austin. The end grain on these show how tight the rings on Long Leaf should be. In order to be considered true Old Growth Longleaf Pine, material needs to have 6 or more growth rings per inch.

At 99 1/2 years old, our neighbor Buster Bostic, passed away last Friday. He loved to recount his time on the USS Columbia during WWII and how it was the most decorated ship in the navy.

It is people like Mr. Bostic that allow us to have the freedoms that we have today. He came from the generation that went through the depression, valued hard work, and had an immense amount of pride for our country.

It is people like Mr. Bostic that made this country what it is today.

Today we are introducing this beautiful Bubinga table that we salvaged from a law office in Houston, Texas. Bubinga is native to Central Africa and is hard to come by due to increased trade regulations that ensure the sustainable harvesting of this protected species. We are delighted to have rescued such a special slab and are excited to help it find new life. It has incredible waterfall figuring and would certainly make a splash in whichever room it becomes a part of.
