Just about 800 tiny screws later.....I finally got off all the handles. This will be the most organized junk drawer on the planet.It was funny showing all the neighborhood kids what it was for and how you had to pull a drawer out and sort through the paper files to find a book. They were horrified! Can't wait to get it sanded but will need to find movers to get it upstairs. It may be the heaviest piece of furniture ever made!

For now she will be in my kitchen for a buffet (hence why the pic is in front of the window which does not make for the best ones)....who knows where she will end up!

Introducing Flora. She is an antique children's desk and is feminine and fun, all while remaining neutral to compliment any decor. She is sophisticated and a bit whimsical. She makes an excellent children's desk, but can also be used as a statement storage piece or end table. She would stand out in any space.

Its hard to give this one up, but I will be re-imagining her style in a different piece for my home.

Here she is....the lovely Ashley. She was done for one of my very favorite people on this planet. It was amazing to know her so well that it's nothing of what we talked about, but more perfect than she imagined! I can't wait to get the door repaired and added on. (It needed a little more love than I had time for but wanted to bring her anyway as she is just as lovely without it.) She is almost as gorgeous and lady like as her namesake....just not quite 🩷🩷🧡🧡

When you make a last minute plan to go to your sister's you know you got two days to make her pie safe beautiful! The Ashley will be mostly finished this weekend and luckily, because she loves me, she will get the repaired door on the next trip. Not enough time for scroll repair, but certainly enough to make her amazing!

SOLD! Stephanie has found a new home!!

Meet Stephanie... She is the first of three pieces I got from a lovely family of ladies that all used this vanity. I love giving old souls new stories.... but I ESPECIALLY love when I can know something about their previous life. Attached is a picture the mother sent me showing how she used it. (Which I of course got permission to share.... thank you Ms Mindy) I have the mirror which I am saving for something else. This makes a wonderful buffet, desk, or vanity.
