📢📢📢 4️⃣ years today we acquired a small little office space on a whim and started our small mom & pop cabinet & flooring store!! The first and only on the island at the time 😊.

I happened to be on the CB Locals page and a lady offered for someone to take over rent of her 650sf office space due to her moving out of state. The price looked too good to be true and a location on the island was unheard of !! So I tell Carmen we have an appointment to look at retail space that afternoon and he looks back at me and says …Jenn a showroom is NOT in our plans right now. (Me:😉) After 20 mins of talking , a hand was shook and we walked next door to shake the building owners hand and now we had a deal !! 😱 We walked out and sat in the parking lot and looked at each other like 😳😳 …. Here we go !!
