Just finished a nice smooth-top farmhouse style table. The top is made out of poplar from a local sawmill. It is stained with Minwax Early American and seal coated. It is a bit over 1 inch thick. The base was painted flat black then distressed and sealed. All connected by floating mortise and tenon joinery and other strength details. It is a bit over 68" long and 37" wide.
