When our lovely repeat client came to us this Spring and told us she bought a beach house and wanted to be in by summer we knew we had our work cut out for us given the crazy lead times right now. We rolled up our sleeves and got creative with , purchasing vintage and floor samples so she could enjoy the summer while waiting for items that would take 5 months to make. We moved her in last week and are happy she’s already creating family memories in her beautiful new home.

This is what client meetings look like with Wild Chairy.😂 We purchased 2 sofas for my client with four children and needed a white, durable fabric to cover them in. I recommended because my rep always tells me you can pour red wine on it and it will wash out with water and bleach. When I told this to my client she jumped up, went to the fridge and poured red wine and ketchup all over the sample. Happy to report is amazing and every last bit of red stain came out after washing!

Working on another fun project with for a repeat client who is as nice as they come. This project will be done in two phases. Phase one - transform their new beach house as quickly as possible so they can enjoy their summer at the shore. Phase two - utilize the off season to make larger changes and add character to the house. I can’t wait to share the before and afters with you, it’s going to be good!

We’re working on a custom banquette for a kitchen update and can’t wait to share the finished photos. We’re also adding a custom oval tabletop in vivid white quartz along with a special pendant created by a local artisan. Working with an interior designer is a great way to ensure your home is a reflection of you and tells the story of your life. Don’t you want your home to be just as unique as you are?

It’s all in the details.... Believe it or not it took us over a year to finish this cutie because I was stuck on the trim options. I ended up using three different trims because in the end that’s what felt right for the chair. Self welt on the seat and outside back because I usually like trim to disappear and not detract from the fabric. Brush fringe on top because I wanted to accentuate the shape of the chair. Two beautiful hand dyed ombré velvets by complete the look. The Harpswell chair is for sale, dm for details.

Probably the dreamiest bedroom we’ve worked on to date! The neutral palette creates a luxurious and relaxing haven for our clients, and the custom Wild Chairy bed was designed to perfectly fit their two dogs! Working with .workroom and is always a great experience, I’m a lucky gal.😊
