✨SOLD ✨ It has truly been an incredible honor to meet this family, build a relationship over the last year plus to get to this moment. We had stayed in consistent communication, checking in and touching base and throughout the last year or so arranged to see a few homes 🏡 to explore a variety of areas. It was important to them to see all that the Bay Area had to provide and to find the place where they could call home because they were moving from out of state. The timing needed to be perfect with the school ending and beginning new to align. We walked into this home and everything just felt right for them.
