In this time-lapse video, Michael is putting in the slat system for a tapered-post bed and numbering each slat with a chisel.

👉This strong slat system is the core of every bed Joe and Michael make. It features a solid-wood center support and seven horizontal slats that fit into the bed rail.

👉 The slats are screwed into the rails and center support when the bed is delivered to the customer.

👉 Our handmade beds will NOT shake.
