Caledonia Cabinet Shop is a small one man operation, located in Caledonia New York, about 15 miles southwest of Rochester NY. What started out as a hobby, has turned into a small part time shop, focused on quality wood products with exceptional value. Natural hardwoods and hardwood plywood is used throughout. We do not use stain heavily, rather we use the natural color, grain and beauty of the woo

d to obtain the finish the Customer is requesting. Commercial box store cabinets often use excessive layers of stains, toners and sealers to promote an even finish, but in doing so, the natural grain and beauty of the wood is often lost. We hand select all lumber as raw rough cut boards, plane and joint them in shop then sort and match for best color consistency. All projects are finished to order, or can be left unfinished if the client chooses to finish their own piece.
