3 days in on this project. The scope will work will include extending the lean-to-roof 22 ft, and extending the main roof out 14 ft. Both extensions will be covered porches. We will also add on to the deck and install new deck boards.

More pictures of the retaining wall and drainage ditch are included. Our team added an extension to the existing wall, carefully matching the block. Unlike standard practice, where construction starts at the bottom and builds up, the existing wall required us to start at the top and work down, adding complexity to the project.
