We are happy to say that we are once again offering our professional and friendly downsizing services. We suspended our services due to the covid pandemic. Many residential communites were limiting access to their properties thus preventing us from doing what we love to do.... that is making your transition from your family home to your new community an easy process.

What we do:
# Meet with you at your home and consult with you to determine what you will need in your new home.

# We draw up a floor plan to determine potential placement of your furniture and personal belongings.

# We will set up an appointment with professional, lincesed and bonded movers.

# We supply all totes, boxes, bubble wrap and packing materials for the day of the move.

# We will pack all non-essential items – items you will need for the rest of pack day and/or for the morning of the move will not be packed.

# We arrive half an hour before the movers to pack last minute items, disconnect lamps and electronics (phones, TVs, computers, etc.).

# We will supervise all facets of the move – from beginning to end.

# After movers depart, packer will work with client and/or helper to unpack.

Then all you will need to do at the end of the day is relax and enjoy your new home.
