Big Horn Mountain Furniture Big Horn Mountain Furniture is handcrafted by Bruce. Each piece is truly a one of a kind creation. Mixing the wood species adds interest adn color to the pieces.

Hard woods such as western maple, different species of walnuts, cherry woods, and a variety of specialized woods are favorites for furniture. It is not uncommon to see Wyoming grown juniper cedar in some of the furniture, it is a good local wood and it has a distictive appeal of its own. The character and shape of the wood play a big role in the design of each piece. You will not find wood stain or varnish on this furniture. It has natural color with a tongue oil finish. Butternut, bass and pine are typically wood used in the rare hand carved pieces. This furniture is heirloom quality.
