Saturday nite special!! Our customers are finally getting started in the field again. This one’s planter tractor sprung a hydraulic leak shortly after getting going this evening. Luckily we had all necessary parts on the truck to get him up and planting again quickly. Good luck to all our farmers out there & thank you all for your business! God bless!!

Saturday evening software update for this exact emerge planter. Customer hopes to be planting beans tomorrow as long as it dries up a bit. They had a brush motor go bad on a row unit and the planter software has to be updated before it will recognize the new brush motor so it unfortunately is not a simple process anymore.

I wanted to send a special thanks & shout out to these two guys. Seth Myers & Wade Rochkes. They were out until 11 last nite trying to get 2 planters going for one of our customers. They got one going. Although they did not get the other done they have the issue narrowed down and should have it resolved this morning. Thanks Seth & Wade for your above & beyond efforts to keep our customers rolling!!

Doing some sprayer repairs on some tread adjust shims today. They ran a little loose & broke some bolts. Took a little time to extract the broken ones but got it all back together & tightened up. Ready to roll again!!

Our customer had a bearing go out on his machine last week & we caught a major cleaning shoe failure that was about to happen. Luckily we caught it before sieve or chaffer frames broke so it did not damage sieve, chaffer, and pre chaffer as it typically does when it breaks. Give us a call if you would like a post harvest inspection on your machine. These problems cost much less to repair before they break. 618-367-2505. Thanks to all our customers for your business!!!!
