Job Title: Biesse Intermac Operator
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Biesse Intermac Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery, specifically Biesse Intermac equipment, used in glass and stone processing.
Job Description:
As a Biesse Intermac Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art Biesse Intermac CNC machines. You will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring high-quality output and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate Biesse Intermac CNC machines for cutting, shaping, and finishing glass and stone materials
2. Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules
3. Program and adjust machine parameters to optimize performance and quality
4. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments during production runs
5. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area
8. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
9. Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance
Requirements:
1. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma - We will train.
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
3. Strong knowledge of glass and stone processing techniques
4. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software used in CNC programming
5. Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
8. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand for extended periods
2. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
3. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
