Can you tell the difference between these two photos? Our client barely could! As this client put it, “No designer we’ve worked with can touch the accuracy and realistic feel of your renderings.” Our stunning renderings transform your ideas into vivid realities, allowing you to easily visualize your custom piece in its future home. We may not be psychic, fortune tellers or time travelers - our specialty is capturing your vision before the table even enters the room.

In honor of the 4th of July. May we always live up to the ideals in the Constitution.

This beautiful design was crafted by us and set in the center panel of a custom table for a client in Colorado. Woods: ebonized maple, blue dyed maple, natural maple, and cherry, in a cherry field.
This is typical of the inlaid veneer logos we can create. We can incorporate this or your own logo into your next project.

Two shots of a stone topped drop leaf table. Yes, stone!

This is a stone-topped drop leaf table!
It is unique, as stone is actually the wrong material for a drop leaf. Too heavy, and doesn't accept the traditional hinges for this joint. Our solution: a steel subframe with hinges and folding leaf supports. The steel has been laser cut to save weight. Table built by Petteri Pulkkinen and Andrew Yallop. Designed and engineered by Paul Downs and Andy Cole.

A fun blast from the past: our Blue Angels table!

A while back the Blue Angels Pilot Association called us to make a boardroom table for their clubhouse in Pensacola. They had a strict budget but wanted a great table. We were happy to oblige! Here's how we did it: inlaid ebony F-18s with quilted maple contrails. This actually isn't very expensive to do, as the cost of logos is directly related to the number of inlaid pieces, and this table has only 11 pieces. The table is a standard grade 12 footer, done with curly cherry and ebonized base.

Did any of you see the Air Force Thunderbirds and Navy Blue Angel demonstration teams as they roared through the skies, honoring those on the frontline of the fight against COVID-19? There was a formation flight over Philadelphia in April, but we were just a little too far off the flight path to see it! Heard it was quick but impressive!

Here’s an interesting table we created for a client in Texas. Here are captions for the 8 photos:

1) We're almost done with this 30' x 8' ebony table with a high gloss finish. We just need to install the polished brass inlays.

2) 1/4" x 1/4" brass, polished and lacquered to prevent tarnishing.

3) These grooves are ready to accept the brass. We will put down a bed of liquid epoxy and then push the brass down flush to the finished surface. Excess epoxy will drain through the small holes in the bottom of the groove.

4) Ryan Bardsley and Legesse Tesfay mixing the epoxy.

5) The brass strips are mitered at the corners. Here's one corner complete.

6) We shim the strips with Xacto blades to keep the brass centered in the groove while the epoxy dries.

7) Done! Close up of one corner.

8) Another shot of the finished corner, showing brass under the edge. The white blobs are reflections of our lights in the high gloss finish.

We’re all really proud of this beautiful creation!
