So a family member came to me to make a replacement for their hideaway cutting board that was built into their cabinets...Knowing I couldn't do anything extravagant with alot of glue lines I tried to a make beautiful board that was somewhat sold and reinforced...So we decided on a solid piece of walnut wrapped in wenge...All edges are tongue and grove using dados and rabbits...Pretty happy with the results and the beautiful grain of the walnut which pretty much ended up dead center...
