Tips to help you improve your sleep:
Wake up & go to sleep at the same time everyday, including weekends. This will help to keep consistent with your body’s internal clock.
Control exposure to ‘blue light’ at night. Put down your phone and turn off the TV for an hour before bed.
Exercising during the day helps you to sleep better at night and feel less sleepy during the day.
Be consistent, it takes work and building these habits for your sleep to improve!

Some top tips on how to choose the right bed just for you!😊

1. Consider the styling and theme in your home. Decide on a colour & texture that you would like and order swatches to ensure you’re happy with how it will go with your home decor.

2. Choose a bed together. If you are going to be sharing a bed, then you need to choose a bed and mattress that suits both you and your partner. That way, you can ensure it’s big and comfy enough for both of you.

3. Make the most of storage beds, they can provide a huge amount of extra storage for smaller rooms.

4. Give yourself room to spread out. If you have a big or reasonable size bedroom, and your partner is always taking up all the space in the bed, then consider investing in king beds or super king beds.
