Last week we traded the office for the Boise River for our annual Create Spaces float!
 
It’s always fun to get out of the office, spend some time together, and enjoy a Boise summer day.
 
Special shoutout to our fearless captain, Cody, who had a raft full of people AND a string of tubes tied behind him. He somehow managed to steer the entire crew down the river with minimal tree scraping, which we’re calling a win.
 
And we can’t forget our grill master, Dan, who stayed behind to make sure we came off the river to tacos, sides, and good tunes. The real MVP.
Great weather, great food, lots of laughs, and a pretty great crew to spend the day with.

Government workplaces have to do a lot.

They need spaces that support focused work, collaboration, meetings, and welcoming the public, all while making the best use of taxpayer dollars.

We recently had the opportunity to help furnish the Idaho Department of Commerce in Boise, creating a workplace designed to support the people working every day to strengthen Idaho's economy.

That's what we love about projects like this. They're never just about furniture. They're about creating workplaces that work better for the people using them, whether that means supporting focused work, making collaboration easier, or giving organizations the flexibility to adapt as their needs change.

Every workstation, conference room, private office, and collaborative space has a purpose. When those spaces are thoughtfully planned, they help people work more efficiently and better serve the communities that rely on them.

Pharmacy students in Pocatello now have a place that matches the caliber of their program.

We just wrapped a renovation at Idaho State University's College of Pharmacy, and this one was fun. Think flexible classrooms that flip between lecture and lab mode, student lounges designed to make people want to stay, collaboration rooms with whiteboards built in (not bolted on as an afterthought), and commercial flooring that ties the whole building together.

The goal wasn't just "nice office furniture." ISU wanted spaces where faculty feel valued, students have a reason to stick around, and the environment supports the kind of learning a pharmacy program actually demands.

A lot of people know us for office furniture, but that is not the only way we help.

We also support office moves, furniture reconfigurations, relocations, storage, and the coordination that comes with getting everything from one space to another.

That can mean breaking furniture down, moving it, reinstalling it, adjusting the setup, or helping make sure the whole transition stays on track.

Office moves can get complicated quickly, especially when your team still has work to do in the middle of it all. Having one team that already understands the furniture, the space, and the project can make the process a whole lot easier.

So yes, we install furniture. But when it is time to move, reconfigure, or make a bigger workplace change, we have you covered there too.

There’s something about baseball and the Fourth of July just belong together.
 
Before everyone headed out for the holiday weekend, we turned our showroom into a ballpark for a few minutes. It wasn’t exactly the MLB, but there were plenty of laughs.
 
One of the things we love about our team is that we work hard, but we also know how to have fun together.
 
That’s something we think about when we design workplaces, too. The best offices aren’t just places to get work done. They’re places where people collaborate, build relationships, and enjoy coming to work.

Yesterday, some of our team traded office furniture for oranges and apples.

We spent the afternoon volunteering at the Idaho Foodbank, helping package 6,437 pounds of apples and oranges that will be delivered to families in Mountain Home and Gooding.

It was great to get out of the office, spend time together as a team, and do something that directly helps our local community.

Thanks to the Idaho Foodbank for everything they do—and for giving us the opportunity to lend a hand.

While the boss was holding down the fort in meetings… the rest of us were out here fully embracing our Irish roots 🍀

Green beer was flowing, Irish car bombs were dropping, and things got competitive real quick. Giant Jenga had people holding their breath, co****le turned into a full-on showdown, and the scavenger hunt? Let’s just say… finding that “pot of gold” (aka a crisp $100 bill) brought out everyone’s inner detective.
