One of the best parts of what we do at BV Companies is getting to work with organizations that are making a real impact in our community — and Job One is certainly one of them.

Job One does incredible work helping adults with developmental disabilities build skills, gain confidence, and find meaningful opportunities. Their mission is inspiring, and it’s clear how much their team cares about the people they serve.

This week our Field Service Supervisor, Brad Jenkins, had the opportunity to work alongside one of the individuals from Job One while we were on site. Brad does a fantastic job representing BV in the field, and moments like this are a great reminder that the work we do isn’t just about buildings or equipment — it’s about supporting the people and organizations that make our community stronger.

We’re grateful to have Job One as a customer and proud to support the important work they do every day.
