🛑💥SOLD FAST!!!💥🛑

I didn’t even get to post this beauty across my social media sites before it sold!

This one was a PILL to redo, I had to completely steam all the old veneer off, rebuild the base, new legs, and new side paneling! So worth it in the end for this beautiful final product!

🫧Progress update!! 🫧

I know when I posted the green dresser you all were thinking, man if only there were bedside tables too…then I saw the most perfect desk posted on marketplace! I knew I could make those into beautiful matching side tables.

The original plan was creamy white with a pop of natural warm stained wood, but the best laid plans…the white was just NOT working! So I had to pivot to black! Stay tuned this week as i finish up and post the final product!

First piece back!! Elated to be able to re-do this dresser for my sweet friend as she is expecting her 3rd baby boy in a few weeks!! 💙🩵💚

Thrilled with how it turned out! She was a rockstar on the color match for her nursery aesthetic and was able@to negotiate the seller down on his price! So glad she trusted me with this piece! 🫶🏼💗

The beautiful comeback combo!!

When a good friend of mine found out why I had started redoing furniture she called on Saturday saying her partner was about to donate a vintage dresser! She warned me it would need some work, but that it was mine if I wanted it! It has sat in my garage for over a year— way too cool of a piece to not have a beautiful vision for, so I waited…

THEN a few weeks ago while out thrifting I came across this beautiful vintage jewelry armoire and suddenly the vision became clear!

How great are these two pieces!? I am so excited for how they’re going to turn out!! Also how great is it to have friends who support you in your dreams! 💗🫶🏻

IMMMMMM BACKKKKK and I could not be more excited!!

What most folks on here don’t know is that I actually started furniture refinishing as a side hustle to try and offset the extreme debt we were accumulating from years of fertility treatments. So THANK YOU to everyone who supported this endeavor by purchasing, commissioning, and even sharing the work I was doing! While there is still quite a bit of residual debt, it was all more than worth it, because we have a beautiful baby girl!! 🎀🫶🏻🥰

SO! The goal and mission continue! This side gig allows me to 💪🏼 some creative parts of my brain and allows us to continue to pay down some of the accumulated debt…but also start to save for what I’m sure will be comparable costs for baby #2 🤫 💗

Keep and 👀 out this week as I drop some pictures of my “come back” piece! I am SO stoked for these two pieces!
