For those of you curious how long it takes to get a barn completely dismantled so that it can be reconstructed here is a time-lapse video of the huge 65'x130' barn we took down in November and December of 2023. We were on-site 14 days from the start to getting it safely on the ground and then a few more days to load and clean up the site.

If we are just parting out a building and selling all the materials individually we do not take each piece apart as carefully. The process of labeling and taking a frame down piece by piece takes more time than simply pulling a building over.

Late this fall we took down this beautiful HUGE timber frame- it is 60' x 130' with a peak height of 35'8" and 13'8" sidewalls. It will make an amazing home or vacation getaway. All timbers are labeled with their location and plans with all parts labeled will be provided. Frame includes bent timbers, bracing, roof rafters and any other structural elements in the frame. Floor decking, roof decking, sill beams, floor joists and any foundation not included. If any original timbers are compromised, material suitable to make replacements will be provided.

Our final Monthly Barn Sale is coming up this Friday, October 5th from 9 am to 3 pm and Saturday, October 6th from 9 am to 1 pm. 28962 Pebblebrook Ln--Blue River address but we are located in Richland County off Cty Hwy F-- 1 mile north of Excelsoir on Maple Valley Road (watch for signs). NO EARLY BIRDS and NO HOLDS! The sale is mostly inside so rain or shine we'll be open. Way too many items to name but lots of vintage and antique furniture, chairs, barn windows, old doors, wood ladders, cupolas, Christmas items, enamelware, mason jars, cast iron tub and sinks, decorative block, old outhouse, vintage large metal Coca-Cola sign, window air conditioner, lots of Coca-Cola collectables, old bikes, galvanized buckets, rustic corrugated tin and decorative tin, wood crates, glass block, office furniture, books, rustic hinges, barn door rollers and track, tools, sewing machines/cabinets. If you have a Pinterest project we probably have what you need!

**We also have YAK meat for sale (ground, roasts and tenderloin steaks).

***NOTE-I will not be monitoring this for questions about prices etc. If you are interested in something please come on out--I think it will be worth the drive.
