Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone as our Design Manager, Suzanne Brown, officially retires after 26 years with OstermanCron! 🎊

For more than two decades, Suzanne has been a steady leader, creative force, mentor, and friend to so many at OC. Her passion for design, commitment to doing the right thing, and dedication to helping others grow have left a lasting mark on our teams and the spaces we create. As one of the people who helped shape the culture and character of OstermanCron, Suzanne’s warmth, creativity, and willingness to always lend a helping hand will be deeply missed. Thank you, Suzanne, for 26 amazing years and for sharing your knowledge, heart, and passion with all of us—your legacy at OC will continue long after today.💫

Last week, our team rolled up their sleeves for another in-house sandwich-making session for Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen and Social Center, where tables full of bread, meat, and condiments quickly turned into 200 ready-to-go lunches for our local community.

It’s always rewarding to step away from our desks, come together as a team, and support an organization making such a meaningful impact across Cincinnati, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!

This past Saturday, Team Super O came together for another PanCAN PurpleStride Cincinnati 💜

PurpleStride brings together survivors, families, caregivers, researchers, and supporters to celebrate those currently fighting, honor those we’ve lost, and take meaningful steps toward ending pancreatic cancer.

We’re proud to support this cause each year through the Joel H. Osterman Fund and even prouder to share that Team Super O was recognized as a Top 3 fundraising team in 2026!

In 2016, our co-founder Joel Osterman passed away from pancreatic cancer. Today, his legacy of transforming lives continues to inspire us through the fund’s ongoing impact in our community year after year.

In celebration of this year’s Earth Day, our team members Rachel Bohannon and Betsy Besl led a recycling mini-lesson to the rest of our team. They broke down what can be recycled through Rumpke vs. what can be diverted through ZeroLandfill, and shared practical tips for recycling the right way. They also tackled common barriers like time and convenience and showed how small, simple actions can make a meaningful impact.
