Stahl's Edge for the save! A friend had a live edge bar-top, countertop and shelf that were done completely wrong by a contractor without woodworking expertise. I flattened the slabs, stabilized the joinery, removed a lot of rot, filled holes and defects with epoxy and refinished them all. The wood is ash, which is very light, so we added a darker tint to the finish to give it some character.

Massive triple river table in red cedar with electric blue epoxy. The swirls are created by swirling the epoxy just as it begins to harden, a time sensitive process that required me to sleep at the shop for two nights.

Floating Executive Desk in Solid Walnut. We opened up the walls and attached brackets directly to the studs the floated the two lower cabinets on the brackets.

One of the largest river tables I have ever created is now curing. This beast is over 5 feet wide and over 9 feet long. It took over 20 gallons of epoxy to fill.

That swirling effect is achieved by storing the epoxy just as it begins to set up so the powdered pigment moves around. Slept in the shop two nights in order to make that swirl happen.

Veneering a curved form! We rehearsed this process three times before doing the actual glue up. Even with the right glue, we only have 10 to 15 minutes to get the form into the bag before the glue sets up.

This was a fun one. It is a Floating Media Console with CNC cut Hexpattern door (improved airflow) with white speaker cloth backing in solid White Oak to hide the AppleTV, Cable box and Router.
