Photo Realistic Rendering and 3D Modeling

Images represented on this website are photo realistic renderings of actual drawings that we produced for actual jobs. Sometimes in order to ensure accuracy and avoid costly mistakes, we draw real 3D models. This helps us to make sure that everything comes together later on when cabinets or other units are cut and built. Upon request, we can provide those photorealisticly rendered 3D images to you at some additional cost.

3D Modeling also helps when it comes to CNC output. Virtual models can be taken apart, laid out and used for part drawing or G-Code generation for panel saws and computerized routers. Upon request, we can provide a DXF output for your CNC equipment at some additional cost.

Quality Engineering Solutions

The first, and most important step that can not be avoided is engineering. We truly believe that properly and completely elaborated jobs are the only way to minimize production time and avoid costly mistakes. Process involves drawing of an actual 3D model, including all necessary machinery and hardware information on the file. After the engineering portion is done, shop drawings are generated, laid out and dimensioned for shop use, submittals, and installation.

Drafting Miles

Drafting miles are credits accumulated to your account after successful completion of the work and payment of balance in full. For each job paid in full on time we give you back 5% of total amount (minus previous credits if any). You can use this towards the next job or just accumulate it on your account and pay off an entire balance with it. However, drafting miles have no cash value and can only be used to pay the balances in part or in full only. If the amount due is not paid in full within 5 days from the due date shown on the invoice, you will lose your miles and no credit will be added to your account. Drafting miles can be used to pay actual jobs only, they can not be used to pay change orders. Drafting miles are provided as an intensive to our valuable customers.

Drafting Miles have expiration time. This means that any amount of credit accumulated at any given time will expire if no new orders are placed within two month from last balance payment.

Please note that Change Orders will not accumulate any Drafting Miles nor are eligible to keep previously accumulated miles active.

How To Place an Order

In order to place an order with us you need to prepare following Items and send them over:

Architectural set of plans, elevations, sections and other details that may be reflected on Architectural drawings.

Designers Drawings if you have them. They usually have identified with letter "D" before the page number.

Your scope of work listing items by rooms, or organized in other manner. We usually quote room by room, so if your scope if listed in any other way, we will reorganize it by rooms.

If available send us finish and hardware schedules.

Your company information including physical address, email, phone number and website if you have one.

Your personal information including your Last and First name, your position within the company, and then phone number you can be reached at.

After we have received all required information, we will review it and get back to you with time needed to provide detailed quotation. In most cases, we submit complete proposal next day after we receive your quote request. If job is large, it may take few or more days to provide comprehensive proposal.

​All quotes are free of charge, so feel free to submit your quote at any time.

We provide the most comprehensive, submittal, and detailed shop drawings in the woodworking industry. Our team of highly trained and experienced engineers stand by, ready to help. Every job is performed by highly qualified draftsmen and engineers with many years of experience in the woodworking industry.

Each job is assigned a dedicated Project Manager and his/her team of skilled drafters. The Project Manager is responsible to coordinate all the details with the customer to make sure all specifications are followed, right appliances and plumbing fixtures are integrated within the plans and sections and finishes are properly specified.

After the CAD file is drawn it goes to quality control. Every page in the drawings is checked thoroughly according to our checking procedures to ensure that all references are correct, views are aligned, pages are numbered correctly, finishes are noted, specifications are followed and much more.

If mistakes are found, files goes back to the Drafter and Project Manager to review and correct. PDF files are printed, checked once again, and delivered to the customer. We release the DWG files upon request and when balances are paid in full.

We also handle redline revisions. Many times people change their mind or some construction alterations make it necessary to change the drawings to adjust them to current conditions. We do that for you as well. There are some extremely complicated residential jobs that require lots of work on client imposed or conditional changes, so don't be surprised if we charge you a little extra for that.
