Forced tool upgrade had a feed roller break on dewalt planner on Sunday. So since I have to wait on warranty to fix this one I decide to upgrade to a machine that can handle the amount of wood I run. On the dewalt I had to replace overload sensor about 6 times, completely fused the plugs together on extension cord, and it could only cut almost a 1/32” each pass, and the planner refusing to feed boards through. The new planner does not have those problems, only had to upgrade the power to the garage as well, tried digging a trench to bury the 6/3 wire in the frozen ground going to have to wait for the ground to thaw to do that. At least got this one up and running to get back on track with the job I’m working on.
