On this Memorial Day let’s remember it is not for those of us who served or are serving, who had the luxury of coming home to see our family injured or otherwise. Today is to honor, remember and pay our respect to those who lost their lives and the family members they left behind💛 I am honored to have served alongside many men and women we have sadly lost. Today I remember the uniform isn’t a costume, it isn’t “just another day at work”, it’s a risk and honor everytime it is donned and you are called to action🙏🏼

I had the pleasure of helping one of my clients inspirations come to life! Think western farmhouse but timeless, not distressed white. I am even more excited that I was able to save this beautiful table and chairs from going to the dump! 👏🏼😭

I’m sorry I’ve been MIA I have had a ton of projects going on I can’t wait to share with you! More importantly I have taken well needed time off to celebrate my brother-in-law and his hard work to become a U.S. Marine! We’re so excited to welcome another member of the military to our family!
Thank you for understanding that it is taking me a moment to reply to any messages as I am soaking up the limited time I get with him!

Sometimes furniture restoration is all about trusting the process…. Which can be stressful and scary! But the outcome in the end is always soooo worth it! 🎉🙌🏼

Usually I’m bringing new life to old furniture and right along side me my husband puts scrap wood to use! If anyone is interested in a blanket ladder please reach out and he will make one for you! These little ones are $10 but we can make larger🪜

Dear Adele,

In ‘94 you painted this gorgeous mural on the sides of this quilt rack. I don’t know you but I’m obsessed and you’re so talented. I left it alone and just gave the rest a little facelift. I’m so excited your work gets to live on for years to come! Taking some of that old charm into its new life🫶🏻
