We installed a feederhouse floor liner kit in a S660 John Deere combine today at the customers shop. The liner is made of Hardox 450 by Ihle fabrication and has excellent wear resistance. They are plug welded to the original 3 floor sections, making it easy to unbolt the floor and remove if rock damage to the feederhouse happens. We are now a dealer for Ihle Fabrication if you need extended wear parts for your combine including augers, floor liners, auger tube liners, and many other parts made with Hardox and stanless steel

We are coming up on the end of the year and the shop is full with more to come in or be done at customers farms. The list of work is already plenty enough to take us up to spring planting. Last winter was super busy with no room to get it all done before spring and somehow everything that wasnt held up by parts backorders got done. We had thought the previous year was crazy that the phone rings 24/7 at this time of year. Its a happy feeling to know we are growing at an extremely fast rate with no end in sight. Thank you to all our continued and extremely valued customers for making this company what it is. We are excited to be continually surprised by the loyalty and trust you keep in us. Apparently the theme for this winters work was engines. Two complete engine overhauls on a 8200 and a 9100, head gasket failure on a 6430, waterpump and timing cover leaking coolant into crank case on a 8400, 9630 starting issues and exhaust manifold gaskets and Autotrac installations on a 6125M along with the 8200 and 8400. Whats not pictured are two more engine overhauls from a 7230R and a 4020 that will be completed this summer when parts come in from backorder. All this and many many service calls all completed over this winter. We would like to thank all our customers for keeping us beyond busy. We sincerely appreciate your business and would like to wish all of you a safe and profitable 2023 growing season as the start is around the corner

New product from Kondex, Straw claw style corn head chopping knives. We have a limited stock for all Deere and Drago corn heads. These are a recently realeased product and our inventory of these knives will increase as production ramps up. We also have KX7 concaves and more straw claw - straw chopper flails coming in this winter for stock as well.

To better serve our customers we are looking to get an inventory of rebuilt components for harvesting equipment so repair times in mid harvest are fast and readily available.
