Meta is officially expanding its AI data-scraping policies.
To our fellow business owners, partners, and friends: if you haven’t been tracking Meta’s latest updates, they are formalizing their right to use content from platform-linked websites and accounts to train their AI models. (Yes, making official what we all suspected they were already doing anyway).
Because Meta won’t protect small businesses, we have to. To safeguard our partners and intellectual property, Wilder Atlas has removed sensitive content from our Meta accounts and website. This includes third-party assets we utilize and proprietary content belonging to the businesses we manufacture for. Your data and products are safe with us—even if Meta won't provide that same courtesy.
If you feel like telling Meta how you really feel about this "partnership," we highly encourage reaching out to your local representatives.
