Had a great time at the A4LE event connecting with so many people who care about creating better spaces for students and educators. It is always refreshing to step away from the day to day and have real conversations, share ideas, and see what others are working on across the industry.
There were a lot of great takeaways, from new design approaches to practical solutions that can make a real impact. Events like this are a good reminder of how much collaboration drives what we do.
Appreciate everyone who took the time to connect. Looking forward to carrying some of these ideas forward.

Students and teachers celebrating the moment hard work turns into opportunity!

We’re still reflecting on an inspiring event in San Antonio with We Go Public and presenting sponsor Stantec, hosted at Palo Alto College.

This event spotlighted the impact of Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs, with students submitting impressive work across both architecture and health sciences pathways. Scholarships were awarded to first, second, and third place winners in each program, highlighting the real-world skills and dedication these students bring to their fields.

One of the highlights for us was recognizing the educators behind these students. To celebrate their impact, we had the opportunity to gift task chairs to the teachers of the winning students, a small way to say thank you for the big difference they make every day.

Grateful to support initiatives that connect students, educators, and institutions like Palo Alto College to build strong pathways for future professionals.

Proud parents looked on as their children received scholarships, a moment that captured the impact of this event.

What an incredible event in Houston alongside We Go Public and Stantec , hosted at Texas State Technical College in Rosenberg.

The event highlighted the strength of Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs, with students showcasing their work across architecture and construction pathways. Scholarships were awarded to top projects in each category, recognizing the talent and hands-on skills these students are developing for future careers.

We especially enjoyed taking a moment to recognize the teachers who helped guide these students along the way. As part of the celebration, we gifted task chairs to those educators, a small gesture to acknowledge the lasting impact they have in the classroom.

Proud to support efforts that elevate CTE programs and connect students with institutions like Texas State Technical College that help turn skills into careers.

Congratulations to our Team Member of the Month, Kai Thompson. Kai has worked as a designer for over a decade, spending most of that time designing learning environments for public schools around Texas. She earned her NCIDQ certification and obtained her professional designation as a Registered Interior Designer from the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners in 2020.

Prior to pursuing her career in design, she obtained her first degree in Biology while working as a biomedical research scientist. This experience has contributed to her unique perspective and approach to solving design problems. She enjoys balancing pragmatism and creativity to develop solutions for enhancing the human experience. Outside of the office, Kai likes to do art with her daughter, visit local art galleries, and try new coffee shops and gluten free treats around San Antonio.
