OXBOWS NATURAL LANDSCAPES

Owner of and designer for OxBows Natural Landscapes, Aaron Rerucha, has a deep respect for Nebraska's native prairies and landscapes, the inspiration for his designs. OxBows Natural Landscapes is located on a 24-acre plot of land near Bellwood, NE that his grandpa developed into a park. The land itself contains a rich history of the Ox-Bow and Mormon Trails. After years

of working on his grandfather's park, Rerucha decided to use his skills to start his own business. While OxBows Natural Landscapes is located near Bellwood, NE., Rerucha travels across Eastern and Central Nebraska to meet the growing needs of his customers. OXBOWS RUSTIC FURNITURE

OxBows Rustic Furniture is also inspired by founder and designer, Aaron Rerucha's early experience growing up on his grandpa's park. The wood used in Rerucha's creations are grown at the OxBow Park near Bellwood, NE. OxBows Rustic Furniture captures the natural beauty of native Nebraska wood in carefully-crafted home furnishings. OxBows Rustic Furniture custom-designs for the individual and is ideal for home, cabin, or anywhere a rustic feel is desired. Last week we delivered this ginormous fireplace mantel to a fantastic repeat client in Yankton, South Dakota. This one is extra special—it’s made from a solid beam pulled out of a corn crib, with wood that’s over 100 years old.

It wraps around both sides of the fireplace and was designed to look natural, rustic, and perfectly at home with the property it sits on. Projects like this remind us why we started Oxbows in the first place: to craft pieces that carry both beauty and story into people’s homes.

As many of you know, we’ll be finishing our journey with Oxbows Furniture at the end of this year. That means the next 3–4 months are the last opportunity to get on our project list. If you’ve been dreaming about a custom piece, now is the time.

I want to get a post out quickly to make sure no rumors spread about Oxbows Furniture and what the future holds. As of a couple days ago my wife and I have decided to officially sell Oxbows Furniture. Selling our business has been something I have contemplated over that last 9 months as new business opportunities and new business adventures have been landing on our door step. Our journey started 10 years ago and by Gods grace and tremendous family support we have raised this business from the ground up into a tremendous success story.

Oxbows has furniture all over the country, but our success is largely due to the tremendous local support our business received from our local community and small surrounding communities. We truly could not have done it without you and we are truly thankful for the support and hopeful continual support as we move into new business ventures.

Here is the tentative timeline so folks can organize and we can have open communication. The goal is to have the business assets sold by January 1. If you have projects with us currently, your projects will be finished well before Jan 1. If you want to purchase a piece of Oxbow Furniture before we exit the industry we need to have received your order by October 15. Again, thank you all for your love and support! God Bless!
