New season, new schedule, new opportunities to move! ✨

As the seasons shift and sports schedules start filling the calendar, we’re refreshing our class schedule to make room for all the things this season brings. 🤍

Our biggest change will be Saturdays! I’ll only be able to offer pop-up classes on the Saturdays my kids have home games. This helps me to still keep the classes available but also allows me to be in the stands cheering them on. 🏈

A few other schedule updates:
✨ Thursday evening Classical Pilates is moving to Tuesday evenings
✨ We’re keeping early morning Wednesday Muscle Mat through September
✨ Our other morning classes are moving to 8:30 AM — hopefully making them a little easier to fit into your school-year routine!

Whether you’re continuing to show up for your favorite class or stepping into the studio for the first time, there will always be a spot waiting for you. 🫶🏼
