Downtown Bellaire Flowers are finally planted!!!🫶 Thank you to everyone who showed up to help!!🫶💗🌷
Thank you to:
... the Village of Bellaire DPW for helping place pots Downtown & fill with dirt & mulch!!.. the Village of Bellaire Downtown Development Authority for paying for the flowers, dirt & mulch!.. to Miss Sandi, Miss LouAnne, Miss Susan & Miss Sue, our "Flower Committee" who helped organize & plant and will be watering & caretaking the Downtown Bellaire Flower Pots!!.. to Michele at Cayer Gardens Nursery & Landscaping for her help in plant choices & caretaking of the flowers until we're ready to plant (& use of the trailer!).. to Miss Jamie
for helping plant!... to my hubby Terry , who hauled the trailer of plants for us!!.. to Miss Libby .bellaire who helped us haul the Miss Brenda & Mr Rollie's bench back to it's seasonal spot in Emma's Way!

Tipsey Tuesday's Tip!!😉♥️🖌🎨 Today's Tipsey Tuesday Tip... Two thin, even coats of paint gives the best & most smooth finish!!😉🖌🎨 In this pic, you can see the difference as I'm applying the second coat of Chalk Paint!! 🖌🎨 Because is a self leveling Chalk Paint, applying a super thick coat of paint can cause drips & an unsmooth finish!!😉 Chalk Paint dries quickly, so it doesn't really take that much longer to apply the second coat!! For an ultra buttery smooth finish, after applying the final coat, sand with a fine sanding brick & follow with a tack cloth to remove dust & finish with a Clear Wax!😉🎨🖌😍 Stop in, we're happy to help with color choices and/or advice on your next furniture painting project!!🖌🎨😍♥️
