Our services range from simple in-home consultations to full-blown interior design, color and material recommendations, furniture and fixture selection, and floor plan drawings. Whether it's a reimagining of an existing space or a complete reconfiguration of several, we can as
sist you in making your vision a reality. During the initial meeting we will discuss the goals for the project and determine the scope of work that is entailed. Then, no matter how small the project or limited in scope, we will perform a detailed field investigation of the space, including dimensioned sketches and a series of photographs. The photos serve as an invaluable reference during our design process back at the office, as well as a tool for the owner to reflect on the significant progress that has been made after all the renovations are complete. After that first meeting, our design process begins. We involve our clients in every step of the project, in whatever method is most convenient for your project and schedule -- we can share ideas, materials, and colors via traditional mail, e-mail, an electronic file transfer service, or a series of face-to-face meetings as needed. We will also assist during the construction phase by responding to contractor's questions and meeting on-site to offer additional direction where it is necessary. While most of our clients have hired their own preferred contractors, we can also offer assistance and recommendations in finding a contractor in your area. Our fees are competitive and based on an hourly amount; if desired, we can establish a not-to-exceed limit to help with budgeting the cost of our services. We do not mark-up the costs of any purchased items, and any savings from professional discounts or allied organizations are passed along directly to our clients.
