This was my grandparents bedroom suit and was handed down to my oldest daughter. I started the re-do 6 years ago and have avoided doing the bed. It has a lot of detail in the posts and the 100 yr old varnish comes off like a sticky mess🤬. Now, on to the bed.

So, took a little longer than expected but she turned out beautifully!

I admit, I dig in other people's trash to find the best deal. So I really wanted a small farmhouse table and thanks to Hurricane Matthew I happened to find one with the right dimensions for my tiny dining room. A little lip stick and blush (ebony stain top and antique white legs) and I get to have a Friday night alone in the shop waiting for poly to dry. I am one lucky girl!

I must say, I am not disappointed! Painted, first time using wax and hand painted the existing pulls.
