Time for us to say farewell to our years at Southern Charm Marketplace. 13 years & almost 2,000 projects, but who’s counting when you’re having fun creating furniture & decor for y’all to enjoy in your homes. A big thank you to Kristin & Jill for providing a place for us to showcase our work. Thanks to the other vendors & workers for being great to work along side & becoming like family to us.
Most of all thanks to each & everyone of you who purchased our work either through Southern Charm or by commissions. You made it possible for us to last all those years & we truly appreciate that. Although we are saying goodbye to our retail space, we are not saying goodbye to decor & furniture building. We have several commissions lined up for this year & welcome any project you might like us to do for you. Again thank you for a great 13 years!

Because our booth at Southern Charm is looking so empty, we’ve decided to feature our 50% off sale a few days early. What you see is all there is—-flaming box elder charcuterie board, Audubon bird print framed in antique cypress, turquoise antique tin tile framed in sinker cypress & cream antique tile with magnets framed in sinker cypress. Prices $40-$50, but with 50% off, only $20-$25! If you want a handcrafted piece, at a great price, now is your chance. Don’t forget to pick up one of our business cards. We will be doing custom orders, starting next year.

This is what has happened in the last month at Southern Charm. Other furniture pieces & lots of charcuterie boards have come & gone during this time and we’re down to these few pieces. Unique decor at great prices. 40% off sale through 12/13. After that it’s 50% off til end of year. Come shop before it’s all gone. Thank you all for your support through the years.

Thanks to all who shopped with us Black Friday. We nearly sold out of our Charcuterie Boards. Only 2 Flaming Box Elder boards remain. However, we have been working diligently and will be bringing 3 additional ones, 2 persimmon and 1 cherry, to Southern Charm this morning. These will be the last ones available before we close our booth at the end of the year. Today is Small Business Saturday & our beautiful handcrafted live edge boards are still 50% off & rest of booth is 30% off. Starting Sunday our entire booth will be 40% off. Shop today 9-5.

Even though we will be leaving Southern Charm at the end of the year, we are still creating unique items. This morning we brought a customer favorite in. Vintage porch spindles repurposed into candlesticks. Three colors of candles with coordinating velvet ribbons. Something new this year is three candlesticks mounted in oak bases. Don’t forget there’s 20% off for the next two weeks.

After 13 years, we will be saying goodbye to Southern Charm Marketplace. Lane Projects is not completely shutting down. We will continue to make the unique decor you have come to know and appreciate. But it will be limited to custom pieces. Come by our booth in Southern Charm, pick up one of our cards & give us a call if you need a custom piece for your home. Thank you all for supporting us for all these years. We appreciate your follows, likes & purchases. It all means so much! It is a blessing to have you all support us the way you have. We hope you will come shop with us soon as we prepare to close. To show our appreciation, we will be having everything in our booth on sale starting with 20% off 11/3-11/15. 30% off 11/16-11/29. 40% off
