I recently finished (May '26) these Cherry Candle Sconces and were given out as a gift. They were hung a couple weeks ago 🤦‍♂️😄. That's ok though. Designed to be simple but stand out more than a regular wall hanger. Dyed with a brown maple pigment to create an aged Cherry look. Then the edges were chamfered to reveal the raw wood underneath. The Keystone Step Ladder is handcrafted from rich Black Walnut with contrasting Maple accents. The three-step ladder blends strength, function, and unique design. Built to be used, but beautiful enough to display.

Inspired by the Keystone Step Stool, this step ladder is designed for a home library, kitchen, or any space where ordinary step ladders simply do not fit the surroundings. This is functional furniture made to last for generations.

This one will be shipped to a customer in Spokane, WA that only had an idea and, through design and craftmanship, a beautiful, elegant, singular piece that is his alone . Which one do you like the best?

Premium step stools made from Sapele (reddish brown) w/ Maple splines and then Maple (light colored) w/ Walnut splines. The splines (the inserts where the top and side boards meet) serve two purposes. First, to give an aesthetically pleasing contrast. Second, to increase the joints' strength multiple times over. Any changes you guys believe would improve the look?
