Haven’t posted lately due to a heart attack and by pass surgery and some of these were done before the surgery.this piece was a small repair that took a lot of time.The round piece in the middle of the post was broken and half of it was missing which I had to turn a new piece and had to hand carve the design into it and match the finish.

Friend gave me a used oak door with a crack in the glass I replaced the broken piece of glass and refinished the door for the front door on my house.

New addition to our patio, these were side lites for an oak door I cut down the frames and stained them.

This is my latest project a 1920 secretary desk. this has been stored in a barn for several years. The hardware was to corroded to restore the original finish so while cleaning I realized they were made out of brass so I removed the antique bronze finish and polished them out. The desk had claw & ball feet on the leg and part of one of them was missing which I had to hand carve. Enjoy
