So proud of Betsy. She wanted to take on a little challenge for her birthday. Over the course of two days she kayaked 12 miles from Sparrowbush NY to Milford beach then hiked 12.5 miles from Milford beach to Dingmans on the Mcdade trail. This morning she biked 25 miles from the southern end of the Mcdade trail back to Dingmans. All in all she covered 50 miles along the Delaware River. It was awesome to be her support crew.

Still at it. Up to day 28 of . We have had to make some modifications due to minor injuries but I think it is close enough. So proud of these kids for keeping it up. Juliet even woke up and ran on her own without us asking today. Plus we did some trail running and finished at a waterfall!
