Watching it come together has honestly been so exciting to see in person. There’s a lot left to figure out before moving day, and we want you seeing every bit of it.

It’s time to share some pretty big news… after 10 amazing years, Anchor Design Co. is getting a NEW HOME!!! ⚓️

We’re headed right up the road to Orono, where we’ll be moving into a brand new showroom.

Our new space is under construction, so you can still find us on Stillwater through the fall. If our current showroom starts to look a little emptier along the way… don’t worry. It just means the new showroom is coming together piece by piece!

Watching the building take shape has been exciting, but standing here together with our sign made it all feel so real. There is so much more to share between now and moving day, and we can’t wait to bring you along for all of it.

Orono, here we come!!

A 3D rendering answers more questions than you might think.

This kitchen is a perfect example. Before anything was ordered or installed, the rendering gave our clients a chance to see the layout, get a feel for the storage, and look at how the cabinetry and finishes worked together across the room.

It also gave us something real to talk through. Maybe a cabinet felt too heavy, a color looked different once it filled the space, or a detail needed adjusting. Those decisions are much easier to make when you can actually see them instead of trying to picture an entire kitchen from a floorplan and a few samples.

The rendering isn’t meant to be a photograph of the final result. It gives us a place to review, make changes, and fine-tune the design before bringing it to life.

And getting to compare it with the finished kitchen is pretty fun, too. 🤍

We’ve looked at these rooms on plans, in renderings, and through every stage of construction, so finally walking through them finished was a pretty rewarding feeling! This is the part that reminds us why we spend so much time thinking through the layout, cabinetry, materials, and all those little decisions throughout the proceeds.

And a huge thank you to CD Renovations, LLC for the incredible work they did throughout this entire renovation. We couldn’t be happier with how beautifully they executed the design!
