Feeling At Home at Papa’s Nest {egg}

Home to me is a place where you are surrounded by the people and the things that you love - all that brings you peace and comfort and allows you to simply be “you”. Home speaks to me of a comfy couch and a table to put your feet on, candles, florals and decor items that bring color and style to your space. Home should be warm, comfortable and welcoming, absolutely cozy and peaceful.

I keep all of these things in mind when I’m refurbishing a piece of furniture or deciding what home decor items to stock in one of our two booth locations. It’s my desire that you feel at home when you come into a Papa’s Nest {egg} space to visit, to browse, to make decisions about what your home space should look and feel like.

I’m proud to be an Exclusive Retailer for Dixie Belle Paints. I’ve tried several different lines of “chalk paint” products and personally find this to be the best. I’m happy to answer any of your questions about this line of paints, glazes, waxes and finishes.

I understand that the idea of “doing it yourself” can sometimes be intimidating, so I’m happy to provide color and product consults to be sure you have what you need to refurbish your own piece. In addition I teach classes ranging from beginning to more advanced techniques to include kitchen cabinet transformations. We paint on wood, glass, metal, canvas and fabric. All of our refurbished pieces are done with these products so you can see for yourself the quality that Dixie Belle provides.
