Change in Application Deadline

Income Guidelines
The income guidelines have been increased to 60% of the State Medium Income. Below are the new 3 month income guidelines:

Need to make your home accessible? Fill out an application either for specific projects or to schedule a home assessment! Funding is available through several different options, call to get more information on funding.

We are able to order items to help people 55 and older be safe in their homes! Some of these items include:
-Handheld shower head and installation
-Bathtub mat
-Grab bars
-Bed Assist handle
-Toilet risers and safety handles
-Bath transfer benches and shower chairs
-Lift recliners
And many more things!

The Little Brother/Little Sister Mentoring Program needs your help in planning for the needs of our area youth. It is a crucial time to ensure that our youth have the positive support they need to guide them in good decisions, to safely navigate changing times, and to ensure consistent encouragement in their lives.
