After nearly 52 years, the time has come to close the Avon Clock Shop.
When I bought the business four decades ago, I never could have imagined the incredible journey it would become. What started as a business grew into a lifetime of memories, friendships, and countless moments I'll always treasure.
Over the years I have had the priviledge of repairing tens of thousands of clocks. Each one carried a story a family heirloom, a treasured keepsake, or or a reminder of someone special. It has been an honor to keep those memories ticking. I've been blessed to meet so many wonderful customers, many who have become friends. The conversations, the stories you shared and the trust you placed in me made every day something to look forward to.
As difficult as it is to close this chapter, I know it's the right time. I'm looking forward to spending more time with my family and taking more of the trips I've been talking about.
This isn't completley goodby, I will still be servicing clocks through house calls, so I will continue doing the work I love, just in a differnt way.
