Some of our very favorite evenings don’t have a plan at all. Just the two of you, a comfy spot to sit, and absolutely nowhere you need to be. Our hangout areas were made for exactly this. Slow evenings, easy conversations, maybe a coffee or a glass of wine while the sun goes down.

Backpacks packed, pencils sharpened, and Oak Ranch kids ready for the first day. 🎒

Sunday morning brought a steady stream of families through the office, kids picking out their new backpacks and parents checking one big thing off the August list. There is something about watching a kid sling a fresh backpack over their shoulders that makes the whole school year feel possible.

You can always find the playground by following the sound of happy kids! Ours stays busy with brand new best friends, big imaginations, and a whole lot of “just five more minutes, pleeease.” There is so much room to run around out here, and watching the little ones have this much fun might just be the best part of our day.

The court is basically the neighborhood hangout spot, and we love it. There are pickup games after work, kids who have been practicing their jump shot all summer, and at least one dad who swears he still has it (we love you, and yes, sure you do).

So come shoot around, cheer somebody on, or just pull up a spot and watch the fun. Everybody’s welcome out here, and the game is always on.

Oak Ranch parents, we have got the school supply list handled. 🎒✏️

Bring the kids by on Sunday, August 2nd at 10:00 AM and we will send them home with a backpack loaded up and ready for the first day. Pencils, crayons, notebooks, the whole list. One less run to the store, one less thing on your plate before the school year kicks off.

Supplies are limited, so come early. We cannot wait to see the kids and hear where they are headed this fall.

Here’s a little thing that makes a big difference: getting home is so easy out here. We’re right off the highway, so the airport, downtown, and your drive home from work are all a quick trip away.

Then you pull in, the traffic disappears behind you, and just like that you’ve got more of your evening back. More time for dinner on the porch, more time with your people, less time stuck in the car. Now that’s a happy way to end the day.

Everybody, say hello to the Sterling! We’re a little obsessed with this one. You get three bedrooms, a comfy 1,500-plus square feet, and a flex room that can be pretty much anything you dream up. A nursery, a home office, a craft corner, or the playroom that finally keeps all the toys in one spot.

It’s built on Clayton’s eBuilt system too, so it’s easy on energy and easy to love. Come walk through it and start figuring out where your couch would go. We have a feeling you’re going to like this one.
