Impromptu change I made on this spec home. Prior to drywall I decided to modify this under the stairs coat closet...into a better utilized, much needed wine and beverage nook with a custom iron and glass door!

This modern farm house design is coming together nicely! Lots of finishing and clean up still to do, but I had to post a couple pics of this kitchen and ISLAND that’s been my “baby” for the last few months. This home started as a spec home...after sheetrock I listed it - and it went under contract the same week. Thankfully the client trusted my vision and allowed me to complete all the custom details that had been planned. Looking amazing!

I LOVE BUILDING COOL HOMES!
These are Texas must haves as we approach this Spring & Summer: Pool with built in bar stools, 15 person spa, water slide, sunken cooking and serving area, two screened in porches and lots of shaded spaces!
Such an amazing outdoor living space!!
