We were grateful for the opportunity to attend the invitation-only PNC Small Business Summit at Halas Hall this week.

Spending the day inside the home of the Chicago Bears was impressive! Being surrounded by ambitious, forward-thinking entrepreneurs committed to growing strong, sustainable companies was rewarding.

The keynote from Israel Idonije reinforced an important truth: discipline, resilience, and leadership aren’t confined to sports — they’re essential in business. Small businesses play a powerful role in driving innovation, supporting communities, and shaping what comes next.

Thank you to PNC Bank and the Chicago Bears for bringing together such an engaged and forward-thinking group of leaders. We walked away with new insights and a strong sense of momentum moving ahead.
